Blackmagicdesign offers Fusion as part of the Fusion tab in DaVinci Resolve 16 and as a separate product in Fusion Studio 16. You can use both for VFX, compositing, and motion graphics and even though the feature set seems to be almost the same there are differences.

If you are an editor and need the occasional simple effect, Resolve is all you need. If you are a professional compositor, only working on single shots at a time, Fusion Studio is the way to go. For many, a combination of both tools can have benefits.

In this comparison, you see the differences with respect to Workflow Performance & Stability Capabilities

The best part for everyone with the Studio version is that you do not need to choose. Fusion Studio 16 is available free of charge for Resolve Studio users so that you can combine the benefits of both in your workflow.
