We stand behind our digital products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Generally, this refund policy is intended to help in case of true dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, honest change of heart or similar. As such, this policy applies to the refund of a single order. If a customer requests refunds repeatedly or for multiple products, we might request clarification and reserve the right to process the refund at our discretion.
This policy applies only to the digital products in our online store where the possibility for refund is explicitly stated in the product description. This policy does not apply to other products and services such as live events, coaching calls, customized training, or freelance services.
You can request a refund via email. Simply respond to the order confirmation email that you received after purchase. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the following points:
- e-mail of your VFXstudy account
- title of the product
- order number (if available)
You don’t have to tell us why you are requesing the refund. However, we truly appreciate any feedback you may want to share.
Processing refunds may take a few business days on our end. Once processed, we will remove your access to the online product and ask you to immediately delete all download copies related to the product. From this point onwards you must not access any of the materials provided with the product.
We always issue the refund towards the mode of payment that you used during the initial transaction. After we issue the refund, it typically takes a few days until the refund becomes visible in your bank account.
You are welcome to purchase the product again through our online store should you change your mind once more in the future.
