1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All VFXstudy self-paced training courses are covered by a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase.
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To make the refund process as simple as possible, please contact [email protected] and, if available, forward or copy the order confirmation you received after purchase.
Alternatively, include:
- the email address associated with your VFXstudy account;
- the product or course title(s); and
- the order number (if available).
This helps us identify the correct purchase and process the refund quickly.
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. We may optionally ask for feedback or offer help if we believe there may be a misunderstanding, but you are not required to respond or reconsider your request. If you request an eligible refund, we will process it regardless of the reason.
For this reason, we describe our voluntary 30-day guarantee as a โno-questions-asked money-back guarantee.โ
2. Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the voluntary 30-day guarantee does not apply to:
- seminars, workshops, or other training sessions conducted live;
- individual consultations or coaching;
- customized or corporate training;
- other individually commissioned services; or
- standalone downloadable assets, templates, or similar digital products that are not sold as a VFXstudy training course.
Courses remain covered by the guarantee even if they include downloadable videos, project files, or other supporting materials.
Separate cancellation or rescheduling conditions may apply to consultations, training sessions, or other scheduled services and will be provided before booking where applicable.
3. Refund Processing
Certain VFXstudy products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments and refunds for those transactions.
For an eligible refund request, contact us at [email protected], and we will initiate the refund through the applicable sales or payment channel.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
4. Access and Downloaded Materials After a Refund
If you receive a refund under our voluntary money-back guarantee, your right to use the refunded course and its paid materials ends. We may remove the course from your account or otherwise disable access to it.
You must delete any copies of paid course materials downloaded as part of the refunded purchase and must not continue to use, share, or redistribute them.
We reserve the right to refuse claims under the voluntary guarantee in cases of clear fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity intended to obtain paid content without payment.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
